Automatic gearbox

The automatic gearbox is one of the most complex parts of the car. Jerks, delays in engaging, irregular shifts or vibrations can have different causes and must be diagnosed first.
What it includes
- Electronic diagnosis of the transmission, with reading of errors and parameters
- Check for any leaks
- Replacement of the oil with the one specified for the installed gearbox
- Replacement of the filter or pan, where required by the type of gearbox
- Adaptations and checking behaviour after the work

When the gearbox jerks, delays engaging or goes into limp mode, or as preventive maintenance if use or mileage suggest it. The oil and the procedure depend on the type of gearbox: before intervening we check which one is fitted.
