The three BMWorks Performance ECU remapping calibrations: Green, Blue and Red.
ECU remapping modifies the software that controls how the engine runs, adjusting parameters such as turbo pressure, injection timing, torque limiter and fuel quantity, for more power, more torque and a sharper engine response.
The three calibrations
BMWorks Performance Green™: an economy-focused calibration, designed mainly for diesel engines and for those who use their vehicle for work, aiming to keep fuel consumption down.
BMWorks Performance Blue™: our most requested option, a balance between power and economy on turbodiesel engines, with parameters calibrated carefully case by case.
BMWorks Performance Red™: a calibration focused on maximum performance, available on both petrol and diesel engines, for those who want the most torque available or simply the most driving enjoyment.

The real result depends on the engine, the vehicle's condition and the calibration chosen: before the work we assess your specific setup and tell you what to expect, without promising percentages that hold for every case.
Process
The work is carried out by connecting to the vehicle's ECU, with no physical changes to the engine. Where technically possible we keep the original configuration, so you can consider reverting it later.
