• Data provided through the contact form: first name, last name, email, telephone, vehicle model and plate, type of work and the text of the message.
• Browsing data: technical data collected automatically while browsing (IP address, browser type, pages visited) which is necessary for the operation and security of the website.
• Data collected through cookies: as described in our Cookie Policy and, for the non-technical categories, only after your consent.

3. Purposes and legal basis

• Replying to requests for information, contact and quotes: performance of pre-contractual measures requested by the data subject (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
• Complying with legal, accounting and tax obligations (Art. 6.1.c GDPR).
• Ensuring the security of the website and preventing abuse, for example by limiting requests (legitimate interest, Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
• Statistics and marketing, only through cookies and with prior consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).

4. Processing methods and retention

Data are processed by electronic means, with appropriate security measures. Contact requests are kept for the time needed to reply and, afterwards, for a maximum of 24 months, unless a contractual relationship is established or legal obligations require longer periods.

5. Recipients of the data

Data may be processed by parties providing technical services (hosting, IT maintenance, email delivery), appointed as data processors. Data are not disclosed or sold to third parties.

6. Rights of the data subject

You may at any time exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection provided for by Articles 15-22 of the GDPR, by writing to info@bmworks.it. You also have the right to withdraw your consent and to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
